Service Description

A tailored kinesiology session that assesses, identifies and balances physical, mental, emotional, hormonal or energetic stressors in your energy and body function against a specific issue or goal that you are working with. We focus on identifying your key stress imbalances, calming your nervous system and stress response patterns (aka fight, flight, freeze), balancing hormonal, emotional, mental and physical stress and your energetic fields (meridians and chakras).
